الشحن والتوصيل
نطاق التوصيل: نشحن إلى جميع محافظات جمهورية مصر العربية.
المدة الزمنية: يتم التوصيل خلال 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل من تأكيد الطلب.
التتبع: ستصلكم رسالة ببيانات التتبع فور تسليم الشحنة للمندوب.
المعاينة عند الاستلام
حق المعاينة: نتيح لك الحق الكامل في فتح الطرد وفحص المقاس والجودة في وجود المندوب وقبل الدفع.
رفض الاستلام
آلية الرفض: في حال عدم الرغبة في الاستلام لأي سبب أثناء المعاينة، يحق لك رفض الطرد فوراً مع سداد القيمة الكاملة لمصاريف الشحن للمندوب.
الاستبدال (خلال 48 ساعة)
سياسة الاستبدال: بعد مغادرة المندوب، نتيح لك فرصة طلب استبدال المقاس أو المنتج خلال 48 ساعة من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، وبكامل تيكيت التغليف، ويتحمل العميل مصاريف شحن الاستبدال.
الإرجاع النهائي: بعد معاينة المنتج تعتبر موافقة نهائيه فنعتذر عن قبول أي مرتجعات (استرداد نقدي) بعد مغادرة المندوب وسداد قيمة المنتج إلا في حالة وجود عيب صناعة.
عيوب الصناعة
ضمان الجودة: في حال وجود أي عيب مصنعي تم اكتشافه أثناء المعاينة أو خلال أول 48 ساعة، تواصل معنا مباشرة عبر رسائل الأكونت، ويتكفل البراند بالاستبدال بالكامل دون تحميلكم أي تكاليف إضافية.
دعم ما بعد البيع
التزامنا: ثقتنا في جودة منتجاتنا مطلقة. إذا واجهتكم أي مشكلة غير متوقعة تتعلق بالجودة (خارج إطار الاستهلاك الطبيعي أو سوء الغسيل)، راسلونا فوراً عبر الأكونت وسنقدم لكم الحل المناسب لضمان رضاكم.
طلبات الحجز المسبق (Pre-Order)
الشحن والدفع: يتم شحنها خلال 10 إلى 14 يوم عمل، وتتطلب سداد القيمة كاملة مقدماً، وتنطبق عليها نفس شروط المعاينة، الرفض الفوري، والاستبدال خلال 48 ساعة.

Shipping & Delivery
Coverage: We deliver to all governorates across Egypt.
Timeline: Orders are delivered within 2–5 business days from confirmation.
Tracking: You will receive tracking details via SMS/Email as soon as your package is dispatched.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Your Right: You have the full right to open the package and inspect the quality and size in the presence of the courier before making the payment.
Declining the Order
Process: If you decide not to accept the order for any reason during inspection, you can decline it on the spot. In this case, only the full shipping fee is paid directly to the courier.
Exchanges & Returns (Within 48 Hours)
Exchange Policy: After the courier leaves, we offer a 48-hour window to request a size or product exchange, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags intact. The customer covers the shipping fee for the exchange.
Final Return: We kindly decline any cash refunds or final returns after the courier leaves and payment is completed, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Manufacturing Defects
Quality Guarantee: If any manufacturing defect is discovered during the initial inspection or within the first 48 hours, please contact us immediately via our account messages. We will arrange a full replacement at no additional cost.

Pre-Orders
