📦 Shipping & Delivery
Coverage: We deliver to all governorates across Egypt.
Timeline: Orders are delivered within 2–5 business days from confirmation. Most orders arrive within 2-3 business days.
Tracking: You will receive tracking details via SMS/Email as soon as your package is dispatched.
🔍 Inspection Upon Delivery
Your Right: You have the full right to open the package and inspect the quality and size in the presence of the courier before making the payment.
↩️ Declining the Order
Process: If you decide not to accept the order for any reason during inspection, you can decline it on the spot. In this case, only the full shipping fee is paid directly to the courier.
🛒 Pre-Orders
Shipping & Payment: Pre-order items are shipped within 10–14 business days and require full advance payment. The same inspection, immediate decline, and 48-hour exchange rules apply upon delivery.
